Earners have completed a one-day face-to-face professional development program and post workshop social media project designed for tourism small business owners. Earners have demonstrated understanding in the uniqueness of tourism products and the notion of co-creation. Earners were required to identify their unique selling proposition, their potential collaborators; develop strategies for collaboration and potential product extension; and establish & analyse their social media presence.
