Best practice sustainable water resource management for effective water governance in a federated system. Earners can identify and assess the functions of the water resource system and the competing interests of water usages, understand the complexities and opportunities afforded by a federal system as well as the legal and political mechanisms by which federating units cooperate and resolve conflict issues. Earners develop skills to better plan and manage water in Pakistan’s federated system.
