Earning Criteria
-
Earners have provided evidence of attendance, participation, and progression through the six Masterclasses that were individually tailored and context-specific for women entrepreneurs to work effectively in both Asia and Australia.
-
Each Masterclass has an associated SWAY page where participants are required to interact with the material on the page. The SWAY page houses a mini-lecture which they must review before the workshop; there is a video related to a topic discussed in the mini-lecture they must review prior to the workshop. Some topics have podcasts that the participants are required to interact with. Earners have reviewed three or more readings prior to the workshop.
-
Earners have attended a three-hour workshop where content from the SWAY page is discussed and debated and reflected upon.
-
Earners have participated in personalised mentoring sessions
-
As part of the knowledge-checking activities, earners have completed an activity at the end of the topic. The activity can be a multiple-choice question bank, reflection questions; a mini-case study is provided, and a series of questions posed that are then submitted to the topic leader. Earners have worked on a workbook prior to the workshop, and discussed their observations from the questions posed in the workbook
