Truck Driver Training 240 Hours

Badge earners complete the Illinois required 160 training hours plus 80 additional hours and receive their CDL license. Outcomes include passing the permit test, conducting pre-trip inspections, yard skills practice, highway driving and road tests. Students demonstrate the CDL laws, use of controls, safe driving techniques and defensive driving.

Standards
