Badge earners are prepared to guide patrons through their wine needs in a restaurant, retail or wholesale setting. They are able to pair food with appropriate wine and have extensive knowledge about wines from around the globe. Completers have an extensive knowledge of the history of wine, characteristics of grape varieties, wine making regions and vintages. They are also skilled in wine presentation and discussing a wine’s characteristics with patrons.Additional Details
