What it takes to earn this badge

  • Expected to be either an IBM Customer or Business Partner attending the IBM Skills Academy, or a nominated Information Technology professional working for IBM.
  • Completion of Module I - Business Process Overview: Covering Business Process Overview, Trends, Case Studies; and Understanding the Business Process.
  • Completion of Module II – Business Process Analyst Foundations: Covering Business Process Management (BPM) building blocks, organization and process; The BPM lifecycle and components; BPM essentials and value proposition; BPM strategies; and IBM Business Process Manager features and components.
  • Completion of Module III - Business Process Analyst: Covering Introduction to BPM and its benefits; BPM hierarchy and the four business principles; Process driven culture, its components and importance; Blueworks Live interface; Process Modeling; Create and modify process models with the IBM Process Designer; Playback 0 validation goals and requirements; and Creating Business Process Definition (BPD) from the process.
  • Passing the Business Process Analyst practice test for "IBM Business Process Analyst 2017".
