• Worked autonomously demonstrating the use of problem solving, issue-based & hypothesis-based methodologies to provide recommendations & solutions to clients
• Demonstrated understanding in consulting methodologies by completing at least two projects or significant project phases
• Instilled clients with confidence in IBM's recommendations and solutions by producing high-quality deliverables in a timely fashion
• Demonstrated client relationship skills resulting in becoming a trusted business advisor
• Submitted skills and experience evidence, assessed by the employee's Manager through a defined validation process
