Learning from Incidents Leadership
Issued by
IBM
This badge certifies that a person is experienced in applying the Learning from Incidents (LFI) approach to post-incident reviews. The LFI approach goes beyond traditional RCA practices and is focused on enabling the organization to learn a great deal about their system, how it works, and how it can fail. This learning is itself a system improvement, and enables further improvements that can make the system more likely to handle a variety of disturbances in the future.
