Must be an employee of IBM

Deliver at least 40 hours. of work collaboration, providing a significant contribution to the creation or maintenance of the SEED program content via documented tasks. This contribution must be verified by a SEED program representative

Leverage SEED content within their team. For example, in team awareness sessions, contributions related to the program’s use, creation of promotional digital content, submission of new structure for performance capturing, improvement of existing tools, suggestions for change in taxonomy and IBM organization, or being a stakeholder on specific stream of the project.

Promoted SEED content as a checkpoint target, providing feedback and initiating or supporting positive changes to the structure.
