Inspired by Ida
In Hearing Care clinics with the Inspired by Ida badge, at least 80 percent of the staff have acquired a fundamental understanding of person-centered care and how to apply person-centered methods and tools in practice. This knowledge is demonstrated by acquiring the Motivation and Person-Centered Care badges.
What it takes to earn this badge
At least 80% of staff must sign the Inspired by Ida Code of Ethics to confirm their commitment to: Providing person-centered hearing care; helping clients express their needs, values and preferences; and helping clients make informed decisions that will allow them to better manage their own hearing care.
