This course details the freedoms we enjoy under the First Amendment to the Constitution, including freedoms of speech, religion, the press, assembly and petition. If focuses mainly on free expression laws, exceptions to freedom of speech and the "establishment" and "free exercise" of religion clauses in the First Amendment.
