Certified Squabble Mediator (CSM™)

Certified Squabble Mediator (CSM™) facilitate the settlement of Squabble claims directly through the CSM app. CSMs™ act on behalf of Squabble™ as an independent, neutral, third party who oversees Squabbles™ and provides suggestions that lead to positive outcomes. Each CSM™ will undergo a mandatory training in both mediation principles and the Squabble™ process and pass our examination in order to be certified as a CSM™.
