The Blueprint to Success (BTS) Pathways digital badge is awarded to students who have participated in college events and activities designed to guide their educational and career-based journey. The Pathways theme supports student success by providing students with the academic skills and career-development resources needed to succeed in college and their chosen career fields.

Skills

  • Ability to absorb, retain, and apply new information in a unique setting for the purposes of achieving acclimation and retention
  • Ability to network and establish a sense of belonging in a geography and/or demography-based community
  • Ability to pivot and/or transition into a more profound sense of career-defined purpose upon completing the Pathways theme

Earning Criteria

  • Students participating in 4 approved BTS Pathways digital badge events (in a single semester) will be awarded The Blueprint to Success (BTS) Pathways digital badge.
