The Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment process (TPMA) provides a framework for the objective assessment of a trainer’s delivery performance and associated signposting of developmental activity. TPMA ensures that the badge holder demonstrates skills to deliver effective face to face learning in line with an industry recognised framework.
