Series of classes that prepare the individual to pass the ANFP Certified Dietary Manager exam. A front-line manager who runs the daily operations of a kitchen and dining area. CDMs typically work in large inst. running the day-to-day operations, managing employees, nutrition consulting, meal planning, inventory control, budgeting and purchasing.
