Electronic Health Records Course
Use an electronic health record program to build skills that will allow them to function in the front office of a medical practice. Practice clinic administrative functions such as adding and editing addresses, pharmacy, and insurance information; and creating interoffice messages, reminders and to-do lists. Create new patient face sheets, view immunization records, and compile patient letters. Students manage the office appt schedule and track patients during the office visit.
