An IBPS Expert Facilitator is an experienced, highly skilled facilitator who can manage highly charged, sensitive, political situations.  In addition to already having earned the IBPS Advanced Facilitator badge, an Expert Facilitator needs to document experience and must demonstrate skills in applying, the International Association of Facilitator’s (IAF) Core Competencies linked below.
