This certificate covers all phases of the project life-cycle and prepares people to deliver results. Key project management concepts, process, and tools are learned that can be immediately applied to any project.  Specific tools and techniques are covered: determining project scope, requirements and deliverables, work-break down structures and critical paths, determining milestones, scheduling of essential resources, preparing plans and estimates, and monitoring and controlling projects.
