Series of classes designed to help participants be more effective leaders.  Participants learn skills essential to managing and developing individuals, developing work units and teams, developing plans and allocating resources, managing change and transitions, and how to create a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages problem solving, innovation, and creativity.  Applicable to new managers & supervisors as well as experienced leaders.
