Part of the Essentials of Leadership Certification: Time management seeks to increase effectiveness and productivity as it relates to the undertaking and completion of priorities. Engaging in the broad array of tasks to manage time includes: planning, prioritization, delegation, tracking and analysis of current time commitments, organizing and effective scheduling.
