  • Completion of the 12 monthly training modules of the Program Architect Capability Academy.
  • Active participation in the academy's learning circles. These learning circles were designed to reinforce the learning and to tap into the experiences of the Architects.
  • Deep reflection around the Microsoft Leadership Principles. This includes completing a Microsoft Leadership Principles 360 Survey.
