  • Completion of HORT-113- Ornamental Plant Health Care (3-credit college-level course).
  • Completion of HORT-114- Survey of Woody Ornamental Plants (3-credit college-level course).
  • Completion of HORT-127- Arboriculture 1: Tree Care Fundamentals (3-credit college-level course).
  • Completion of HORT-128- Arboriculture 2: Climbing and Pruning  (3-credit college-level course).
  • Completion of HORT-129- Arboriculture 3:Rigging and Removal  (3-credit college-level course).
  • Completion of HORT-171- Exterior Plant Pests (2-credit college-level course).
  • All badge costs are paid via tuition associated with courses within the badge. Badges are issued to those who complete these courses with a letter grade of C or better.
