This course will introduce concepts informing Equity, diversity and Inclusion in organizations and organizational community development, in a Canadian context. The course participants will be introduced to diverse approaches to EDI advocacy and leadership, at the individual and organizational levels, that will inform development of skills/competencies needed to frame and support EDI work.
