The earner can analyze how to adjust the message, tone, and medium for a given audience; apply interpersonal skills, such as listening and conflict management; and apply nonverbal, verbal, and written workplace communication skills used in different contexts, such as phone, videoconference, or face-to-face meetings; email or texts; and presentations.

Achieve a mastery score of 80% or better on each of the post-topic assessments in the Communication modules.
