Leadership: KNOWLEDGE Level 1
The badge earner develops an understanding of leadership skills and styles. The learner assesses their leadership skills, evaluates skills and styles of various leaders, and examines how to lead in different situations: meetings, small groups, and large groups. The learner demonstrates basic competency in identifying and making choices about how best to implement key leadership skills, such as empowering and inspiring followers, ensuring accountability, delegating, and fostering collaboration.
