Participate and engage actively in the 8-month leadership program run by Pearson Assessment, Technology and Qualification Processing and Supply Chains.

Complete a personal development activity such as a 360 degree feedback evaluation and/or Golden Personality Profiler assessment.

Participate in and record reflections from coaching workshops and learning lunches with senior stakeholders (internal and external) that focus on skills, behaviours and mindsets that leaders require to drive positive change within their teams and business partners.
