Hold a community leadership role either as Co-Chair or an Initiative Lead for a minimum period of 6 months within the Women in Technology community.

Lead one or more activities to build a safe space and sense of community where women in technology can connect at every stage of their career.

Inspire the next generation of tech talent in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) roles both internally and externally by creating opportunities. For example, sharing insights into roles requiring specialized skills and or hosting information sessions with women leaders in the industry.

Manage the operational activities of running of the Business Resource Group, and track impact of initiatives against objectives defined.

Motivate and encourage committee and community members to engage in learning experiences to upskill in technical competencies.
