Earning Criteria

Is a member of the Women in Technology Group at Pearson for three or more months.

Advocate for women in technology and support the mission of the Women in Technology group.

Participate in at least two bi- monthly executive sponsor meetings to present the community impact.

Complete two or more of the following criteria:

Design and drive one or more opportunities for community members to upskill and develop their technology or leadership skills.

Measure and report on community engagement data from learning and networking events. Report on challenges to overcome, initiative effectiveness, improvements for future and success stories.

Engage in activities that drive community growth including sharing experiences at networking events, career fairs or open days.

Participate in the mentoring program run by the Women in Technology community either as a mentee or mentor.

Create and distribute communication material to promote community events and increase awareness.
