Anyone within Customer Interaction Center Organization is eligible for this Award.

Nominations are put forward per location based on formula.

Inbound interactions handled in the year multiplied by the average time spent on each interaction as follows.

20 minutes for Chats, 10 minutes for E-mails, and 5 minutes for Calls.

Winner is determined by the highest number of handled inbound interaction in weighting based on pre-defined formula.

The earner is a SAP employee.
