The Introduction to Statistics examination is designed to measure examinees' knowledge and skills in statistics. The knowledge and skills measured are consistent with those typically taught in intermediate-level college courses and are consistent with college-level difficulty and complexity. The assessment reflects a balance between the critical, technical, and analytic skills essential to an understanding of statistics. Credit is recommended for scores of 70 percent and above.
