Earners of this award will have demonstrated high academic achievement during the semester for which it is awarded. Students bestowed with this distinction have a major field of study in the School of Professional Studies and have achieved a minimum semester grade point average that represents superior performance in their courses. It is recorded on a student’s official academic transcript for each term awarded.

Earning Criteria

  • Any full time student who completes all courses for which they registered, which are graded using the normal grading system (A through F) and achieves a 3.50 grade point average will be included on the Dean’s List.
  • Any part time student enrolled for at least 8 credits, who completes all courses for which they are registered, which are graded using the normal grading system (A through F), and achieves at least a 3.50 grade point average will be included on the Dean’s List.
