Earning Criteria
-
Action Learning is a problem-solving process, in which the learning is centred on finding a solution to a recurring problem. In this instance the individual’s development is as important as finding the solution to the problem. Like any project, participants work on an important organisational issue. Time is set aside at each meeting for discussing and developing leadership skills. Success is measured by the team's ability to meet an organisational need and develop the members of the team.
