Completed three prerequisites: Genomics and Next Generation DNA Sequencing: Methods and Applications; Python Programming for Beginners; Statistics; four core courses: Experimental Methods in Molecular Biology; Next-Gen Sequence Analysis Tools—A Hands-On Approach; Python for Programmers; Statistical Analysis and Modeling for Bioinformatics and Biomedical Applications; and at least two elective courses. Earned 18 units. Met all requirements for a UCSC Silicon Valley Certificate in Bioinformatics.
