TRAINING IN THE USE OF MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND STRATEGIES

The course addresses the concepts of innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship, proposing their analysis through multiple approaches and highlighting the importance of their development in order to generate value and respond to current challenges. Case studies are explored to identify the methodologies, key success factors and characteristics that have led companies to correctly appropriate the three concepts for the development of projects that respond to changing conditions.

The student was able to understand and explain the concept of innovation and the set of fundamental aspects that determine and describe the nature of the concept and apply it in a real context.

The student interprets and identifies key factors in the environment to ease the decision-making process for entrepreneurship and is able to apply it in a real context

The student is able to understand the different concepts of Leadership, is able to discuss it and its implications in research, knowledge and practice.

The student understands the relevance of innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship in the process of generating value and competition.

The student analyzes, through case studies, the background, environments and solutions proposed by organizations that successfully adopted alternatives aimed at innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership.

The student recognizes the different stages that must be carried out in a process of entrepreneurship and innovation, and prepares a project to be evaluated by a panel of judges.
