Individuals awarded this badge have demonstrated as part of their role that they have the capacity to: effectively move between managing & leading people in their team; approach new problems effectively & respond to shifting demands efficiently; apply practical tools & frameworks to different types of decisions & demonstrated an increased understanding of the way in which different environments influence their decision making approach; apply broadly used as well as specific Westpac frameworks.
What it takes to earn this badge
Complete four modules of the Westpac People Leader Development Program including Future Focused Leadership, Agile Leadership, Collaborating for Impact and Innovating for the Customer.
Receive feedback from AGSM@UNSW Business School on evidence and reflection demonstrating sound understanding and application of the program concepts.
Submit evidence of how concepts from each module were applied in their day to day work along with reflections on how to continue to make a positive impact as a leader and on their team as a result of increased capability.
