To promote clarity, we have divided our Terms of Service into terms that are specific to organizations issuing credentials on our platform ("Issuers") and to those individuals and organizations earning and managing credentials on our platform ("Earners"). An individual or entity that is both an Issuer and an Earner will be subject to both Terms of Service, depending on the capacity they are using the Credly System.

The updated Issuer and Earner Terms of Service clarify the rights and responsibilities of Issuers and Earners using the Credly platforms, including the Acclaim platform and the YourAcclaim.com website.
