I'm trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. It is the largest nutrition school in the world. A Health Coach supports individuals and groups of people in making nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve their health; sort of like, a personal trainer for health. We also believe primary foods (career, physical activity, relationships, and spirituality) affect secondary foods (what you put in your body).
