I am a board certified provider of mental health and wellness services to adult individuals and groups seeking support through difficult life transitions and loss. I offer career counseling, communication skills support, opportunities to explore emotional and existential concerns, and nature-based counseling. My theoretical orientation is eclectic; I use traditional psychotherapeutic techniques as well as evidence-based mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies to promote positive change.
