I am an Integrative Nutrition health coach and a pharmacist (over 20 years). I became a health coach as I watched patients just get sicker and take more pills. I thought there must be a better way to help people. I now coach clients on making lifestyle/ food changes that are life lasting. I guide them on their paths to wellness, without the use of as many pills as possible. I am uniquely qualified as a coach to help people review their meds and make sure they are taking what is best for them.
