Rich has worked in insurance & risk management for over 20 years. Prior employers include Leidos/SAIC, 24 Hour Fitness, and Crawford & Company. Additionally Rich served on the board of directors for the San Diego Chapter of RIMS from 2006-2013, including two years as chapter president. He has served as chairman of the RIMS Member & Chapter Services Committee and is currently serving on the Student Advisory Council. Rich has an MBA from Cal State San Marcos and also holds ARM & AIC designations.
