I've "bled blue" since I was a sophomore in college working in IBM's chip manufacturing. I co-op'd on the WebSphere Application Server for z/OS security team for 11 months over the next 2 years and have worked full time at IBM in Poughkeepsie ever since. I have experience in L2 direct customer support, L3 defect resolution, feature development, and interim fix & fix pack build, test, and delivery. I've written fixes and features for both zSecurity and zRuntime.
