David Thompson

I studied architecture at Edinburgh University graduating BSc (Soc. Sci) in 1986. Following a few self-employed years, I joined the in-house construction office of a large international organisation in 1991, where I was taught AutoCAD. From 1995 to 2010 I used AutoCAD, draughting for a small company producing sliding doors and bespoke aluminium conservatories. Since 2010 freelance, doing AutoCAD training online and in-house and project work with AutoCAD, Advance Steel & Fusion360
