James Gander

I’ve been working in the IT industry for about 30 years and after 10 years of being sort of technical, I moved into managing, mentoring and leading teams across Outsource, Utilities, Media & Broadcast, Finance, Health and Tertiary Education environments. After moving to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2008, I left full time employment and established Gander Service Management in 2010. What gets me out of bed and still makes work exciting after all this time? Helping people, teams and organisations with continuous improvement to increase value.
