My goal was to change career paths, and move into the IT field. I had been managing retail for 13 years, and wanted to follow my passion of IT. I took a first step joining INOC to gain experience in this field, while leverage the skills I have developed as a retail manager. This has been a great choice, as I enjoy my new career. I feel that agile project management, and unique problem-solving skills will be relevant along with many other skills as I continue to grow.
