Over 15 years ago I was diagnosed with degenerative disks, arthritis as well as chronic sinusitis. I was put on heavy anti inflammatory medication and antibiotics. I will never forget, one doctor looked x-ray and told me “good luck for the future”. I was so mad, I decided that I would find a way to cure myself. I turned to integrative Nutrition and alternative medicine and slowly started feeling better. So, I joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became an integrative health coach.
