Think Customer First is a programme for Pearson teams to provide world-class customer service. The programme is delivered by Pearson Customer Service Trainers to all UK Customer Service teams but is available on request to any teams that interact with customers. Think Customer First will provide teams and their leaders with a refreshed approach to Customer Service skills. The programme content will equip our teams to surprise and delight our customers and deliver measurable outcomes.
